How to Make Moist Brownies


Are you a beginner baker like me? One of the basic baked goodies you need to learn is the moist and yummy brownie. Everybody loves brownies. They are very easy to make and wonderfully delicious to eat. Here’s the way to make them:

Ingredients:
1 cup chopped milk chocolate
1/3 cup butter
¾ cup sugar
1 egg
A few drops of vanilla extract
½ cup all purpose flour
½ cup chopped walnuts

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350F. Spray or grease an 8x8 square pan

Melt chocolate together with the butter in a saucepan.

Remove from heat. Add the sugar, egg and vanilla into the mixture. Beat until the mixture is smooth and free of lumps. It’s better to use a hand mixer if one is available.

Add flour and nuts. Mix really well.

Carefully pour into the prepared aluminum pans and bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until done. Be careful not to open the oven too often, you’ll let the heat out causing the brownies to underbake. Use a toothpick and prick the brownies, if it comes out clean, they’re cooked. Do not overbake.

Cut into squares and set aside to cool.
